  Me and my partner both see Dr Bhupinder and he's a gem. Always feels very professional, caring and warm. Makes us feel safe and at ease.

  Desk staff was very kind and patient with me. Doctor was also very, very nice and informative. I was hesitant to go because many previous reviews were not so good but I was pleasantly surprised with the attention and service of desk staff and doctor.

  The Place is very nice overall specially the Reception girls. Very polite and helpful. Doctor Irena Mato is a Gem of this place. I personally don't like Dr Shelly Gupta she is very rushy. Didn't even bothered to weigh my 3 months old baby when we visited with diarrhea symptoms. Our appointment lasted hardly for 1 minute 30 seconds. Didn't even asked his birth history condition. I will never visit this doctor again.

  Receptionists are lovely ladies.
  Casey is my #1 receptionist. Always has a smile when you walk in the door, polite and very pleasant.
  I first started visiting Dr Shally Gupta, but did not feel very happy with her consultations.
  She is very incompetent, has referred me to the hospital, and has given the hospital, incorrect information to do with my health. I have had to send my own paper work. It seemed that she had referred me to have an iron infusion, the infusion in question is the one I am highly allergic to. Thank goodness the hospital rung me to double check!
  I changed to Dr Maria GO, I find her to be so lovely. But sadly she is leaving and going back to Perth.

  BE CAREFUL!! I booked an appintment, which happened to be with practice owner. The doctor had many questions unrelated to my health concerens such as discussing my address, asking my occupation, marital status and how much rent I pay, then patronisingly enquired "so how do you afford a house like that?"
  It later came to light that the same doctor's wife and a second doctor from Treendale surgery (female), attend my rental property with the intention to buy. After 3 viewings organised with the real-estate, I was forced to move out of my rental property due to it being privately sold to the female doctor. Be VERY careful of the personal information you share with this doctor's surgery, it may just be used for personal gain. Unprofessional. Unethical. Untrustworthy.
