  Banking should be private and easy , twice I’ve be asked why am I withdrawing my money , is it for pleasure or business then I had to squat in both at the front of the bank and look up to a staff member because of no seats and explain why.I’m over 50 yrs off age and I have to justify why I’m withdrawing money , cut backs have closed the branch in my area and ANZ EFTPOS machines have been removed . Family closing accounts.

  One way to get a Star is to make it compulsory before one can make a post.
  MINUS 50 Stars would be more appropriate.
  This afternoon I went into the Bunbury branch to deposit an amount of cash. In fact during the unfolding transaction I am sure the staff had no intention of listening.
  I was not asked which account and offered the teller the Account number twice only to be told she needed my card which I provided. Not knowing banking systems I assumed she would ask what account. She then went ahead and deposited the money into the only account linked to the card. I became agitated because the account was wrong and was then told to transfer it myself. When I objected I was told to settle down. By this stage another staff member joined the conversation and threatened to call security. This aggravated me even more. I was then given my cash back and told to leave. When I said if I left without sorting this out I would be closing ALL accounts and stated this was not my mistake. They then settled down and processed the transaction correctly. I do not think I am alone and getting upset when service staff ignore your requests and respond to agitation with aggression and threats. A new Branch but the same old bad customer service.

  It seems that all the branches have bad customer reviews.
  Bunbury is no different.
  They don't answer the phone, don't call back, even after calling 5 times.
  Don't respond to emails. It's a joke.
  Want to withdraw a large amount of money only to be asked what is it for, well young lady that's none of your business.

  The Banking system is all fraud. you are the trustee of your loan and you can charge the bank a fee for trustee. BUY as much GOLD and SILVER as you can afford...
